If your pet needs urgent veterinary treatment, you can contact your nearest veterinary site. We also offer out-of-emergency service only. Clients are asked to ring first so we can assess if their pet should be treated right away.

We are not a referral service, and in order to help as many pets as possible, we have to choose treatments to be cost-effective. This may mean that some medications and procedures are not available with Blue Cross.

We depend entirely on the generosity of donations to provide our services and ask owners to contribute to the cost of treating their pet, whatever they can afford. Blue Cross is not receiving any money from the government.
